Double fried eggs on toast

Is this a controversial one?
I first ate double fried eggs in Vietnam and they were delicious, especially if the middle is still slightly soft and gooey. Takes approx. 15 mins to make and serves 1.

Ingredients:
2 x medium eggs
2 x slices of gluten-free bread
1 x desert spoon oil
Salt, pepper and butter

Method:
- Heat the oil in a saucepan on a medium heat

- Crack the eggs in, be careful not to break the yolk, although don't worry too much if you do because you'll flip the eggs anyway

- Once the egg white has turned white, carefully, using a spatula, flip the eggs so that the orange yolk now touches the pan

- Fry for a couple of mins and flip back over, the white should now be slightly crispy on the yolk side

- Slightly crisp the bottom for about a minute and serve on two slices of buttered toast

- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top (I love my eggs really salty!)
